Bio

Welcome to music lessons with Sam White. I have many years of experience as a musician, teacher, performer and recording artist. Music is a huge part of my daily life — I play guitar, bass, drums, piano and I sing and I consider myself very dedicated to what I do. I aim to share this joy of music with my students and serve their individual interests/needs helping them to develop a voice on their instrument.

Teaching Info

My lessons are given in a relaxed, conversational setting. All ages and experience levels are welcome. I create the resources (sheet music, backing tracks ect…) for what is most inspiring the student and I email a summary which allows us to keep track of the topics covered in each lesson. I encourage my students to bring something to take notes of their own, and sometimes we video aspects of the lesson for visual reminders. Whether you’re a confident musician looking for the next steps in techniques or theory, or if you’re just starting out on a new instrument, I am excited to help you along your musical journey.
