Bio

I have over 45 years experience as a music educator, composer and performer. I have written for and performed on 18 albums for major record companies (ABC, EMI, Polygram, Festival etc) and have toured extensively on the theatre circuit in Australia and overseas. I enjoy teaching students of all ages and all abilities and specialise in tailoring lessons specifically to each student. I am qualified and experienced in preparing students for AMEB piano and theory examinations, although learning music for shear pleasure is actively encouraged. My greatest joy is to foster a love of music and to encourage self confidence in my students so that they can become independent learners. $50 per half hour, $75 per 45 mins, $100 per hour.
