Bio
With many years playing and teaching bass to a variety of different age groups, I am passionate about creating a positive and safe environment in which students can develop the skills to be a fantastic bassist.
I provide detailed lesson notes in order to improve students learning, with a developed practice plan catered to each individual student in order to aid their growth and progression.
I am also adept at teaching theory and musical concepts such as harmony, rhythm, sight reading as well as more abstract concepts such as understanding how to play within a band setting.
Whether you are a beginner just starting their journey into the wonderful world of bass or an intermediate player looking to improve in certain aspects of their playing, I am excited to support and teach you throughout your journey.

The material taught will be catered towards the direction in what makes you most excited to play.
If you prefer to go through the AMEB syllabus I am also able to help prepare you for AMEB examinations.
Detailed practice plans will be created weekly in order for the student to know exactly what they should be practicing weekly based on how much time they have to practice per week.
