Elizabeth is a seasoned musician with a passion for Orchestral, Chamber and solo performances that span a vast and diverse repertoire. Over the years, she has had the privilege of contributing to the world of classical music through collaborations with renowned soloists and orchestras.
Her orchestral playing includes interpretation of classical masters like Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and Mahler, as well as modern compositions, including World Premieres, like Koehne’s “New World”. Experiences as a soloist have brought to life the brilliance of Bach, the passion of Brahms, and the chaos of Szymanowski among others. In the chamber world, she’s collaborated with world class musicians, exploring classical works such as Haydn’s “Sunrise” string quartet, as well as lesser known pieces like Shulhoff’s “5 pieces for string quartet”, and has been privilege of performing world premier pieces by Barry Conyngham and Sylvia Bodorova.
Beyond the classical realm, she has immersed herself in theatre productions, contributing her skills to enhance the storytelling in leading roles. Opera and Ballet pit orchestras have provided her with unique opportunities to accompany captivating performances both at home and internationally.
With a commitment to artistic excellence and a dedication to expanding the boundaries of musical expression, she continues to share her passion for music with audiences worldwide, embracing both traditional and contemporary genres.
Teaching Info
Lessons are created as a space where they learn to play violin and have fun with the music they create, they can make mistakes in addition to music. Students are encouraged to bring their own ideas and questions so they develop their own playing style.
Travelling to a student’s home will add another $10 to the lesson price
