Bio

Luca Brading is an in-demand saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist and producer.

He studied at the University of Melbourne where he honed his skills in Jazz and Improvisation, but draws his musical influence from a range of styles from Funk and RnB to 80s Pop and Rock. He now works actively within the Melbourne music scene as both a bandleader and sideman with multiple artists including Seb Szabo, Alisya Rae, MOZE and more.

Luca has spent a number of years teaching both privately and in schools to a wide range of ages and skill levels across Saxophone, Guitar and Music Theory.

Lessons are available at his home studio or from the comfort of your own home either in person or via video call!

Luca’s teaching style takes a wholistic approach towards musicianship through mastering fundamental skills and knowledge, providing students with the confidence to write, perform and improvise.

His lessons cover a variety of topics including:

• Playing over jazz standards/chord changes

• Transcribing, memorising and notating music by ear
• Developing aural skills and relative pitch
