Teaching the Most Effective and Fastest Methods of Violin Playing to All Age Groups by Virtuoso Soloist and Concert Violinist Parham Ahmadian With More Than 20 Years of Teaching Experience.
Teaching Experience:
I am a licensed and qualified teacher both in Australia and internationally (USA, Japan). I have a particular passion for teaching and have completed various international courses, participated in numerous masterclasses, and earned a Master of Music degree from the Curtis Institute in the United States, a highly esteemed music institution. I hold masterclasses in Japan for children aged 6-17, and hold a 5-yearly casual instructor role in United State’s Curtis Institute summer school (one of the most celebrated music schools in the world).
Teaching technique:
With over 20 years of experience teaching violin to students of all ages, from beginners to very advanced, and over 33 years of playing experience as a solo violinist, I have consistently delivered violin lessons using proven methods. I also regularly train my young violin students for local and international violin competitions, with some of them achieving gold or silver medals.
For years, I have used a combination of violin methods to teach my students, and this comes with the advantage of faster and more efficient learning. I also customise the teaching system to match the student’s needs.
I also keep my rates low and affordable for most learners.
Playing Experience:
I have played violin for a total of 33 years. I have been a classical concert violinist and soloist with prominent orchestras worldwide, commencing my career as a solo violinist at the age of 14 (after 12 years of learning the violin). My performance repertoire encompasses Classical, Baroque, and Romantic compositions, with notable performances including the complete 24 Caprices of Paganini, Violin Concertos Nos. 1, 2, and 5, along with his virtuosic works such as “God Save the King,” “Nel cor piu non mi sento,” and others which are regarded as the most “technically difficult and virtuosic” works written for the violin . Additionally, I have performed mainstream violin concertos by renowned composers like Tchaikovsky, Winiawski, Brahms, Beethoven, Mozart, Bartók, Saint-Saëns, and others with various orchestras. I have a few recordings in my home country, Iran, however mostly focused on performing live concerts in my musical career. I have won 3 gold medals in Iranian and Russian violin competitions.
